The internationally active Open Logistics Foundation is a neutral, non-profit and common benefit organisation dedicated to developing open standards based on open source code that companies can directly use, extend, and employ commercially under the OLF licence. The aim is to transform the entire industry through genuine digitalisation at the data and process levels.
Some of the most pressing challenges have already been successfully addressed: from the standardisation of track-and-trace processes and the digital consignment note (eCMR) to the exchange of emissions data.
