TRANSFER.FESTIVAL 2025

As part of the logistics and IT innovation ecosystem in Dortmund, the Open Logistics Foundation is once again supporting this year’s TRANSFER.FESTIVAL (link), just as it did in 2024. The event, jointly hosted by Digital Hub Logistics and Logistik.NRW, offers an innovation platform for all – whether industry, SMEs, academia or young professionals.

Throughout the day, participants are invited to attend a range of workshops focusing on four key themes: innovation, digitalisation, artificial intelligence and sustainability. The day concludes with a House of Commons-style debate on the topic of “Collaboration & Open Source”.

At the TRANSFER.FESTIVAL, the innovation ecosystem will demonstrate:

• how new technologies can be transferred into practice,
• how new concepts and strategies strengthen one’s own company,
• how scientific findings can enable companies to play a pioneering role,
• how new methods improve everyday working life,
• and what added value networking and digitalisation bring.
