DESCRIPTION:As part of the logistics and IT innovation ecosystem in Dortmund\, the Open Logistics Foundation is once again supporting this year’s TRANSFER.FESTIVAL (link)\, just as it did in 2024. The event\, jointly hosted by Digital Hub Logistics and Logistik.NRW\, offers an innovation platform for all – whether industry\, SMEs\, academia or young professionals. \nThroughout the day\, participants are invited to attend a range of workshops focusing on four key themes: innovation\, digitalisation\, artificial intelligence and sustainability. The day concludes with a House of Commons-style debate on the topic of “Collaboration & Open Source”. \nAt the TRANSFER.FESTIVAL\, the innovation ecosystem will demonstrate: \n\nhow new technologies can be transferred into practice\,\nhow new concepts and strategies strengthen one’s own company\,\nhow scientific findings can enable companies to play a pioneering role\,\nhow new methods improve everyday working life\,\nand what added value networking and digitalisation bring.
