L.O.A.D. Conference

On 24 September 2025, the logistics industry will meet in Berlin at the L.O.A.D. conference to discuss the current state and future prospects of transport infrastructure and new business models in the logistics sector worldwide, featuring leading figures from politics and business.

The question “Infrastructure in Germany: Fit for the Future?” will be the central focus of the event, which will explore potential problems within one of Europe’s most important economies. Germany is not only geographically at the centre of this development. However, the renovation and modernisation of road and rail networks, as well as the digitalisation of communications, have been postponed for decades. The energy infrastructure is not designed to meet the requirements of modern business models in trade and logistics. The Open Logistics Foundation is contributing to panel three during the event. Carina Tüllmann, COO of the Open Logistics Foundation, is joining the discussion on “Which new business models are wholesale companies and logistics providers focusing on?”.

The event, hosted by DSLV (Bundesverband Spedition und Logistik) and BGA (Bundesverband Großhandel, Außenhandel, Dienstleistungen e.V.), brings together representatives from industry and politics. Please note that the entire event will be conducted in German.

Find out more about the other panels and the agenda on their website.
