Four opportunities to connect
From staying aligned to exploring what comes next, the Member Journey creates shared spaces for the OLF community to come together across topics and interests. They complement the focused collaboration and development that continues in dedicated Working Groups, projects, and Strategic Circles throughout the year.
1. Spring Virtual Update
Connect & realign
We kick off the year together, sharing updates on ongoing OLF activities and topics of interest. It’s a chance to reconnect with the community align on priorities, and look ahead at what is coming next.
2. Open Source Innovation Days
Learn & get inspired
We come together in person to look beyond our work and learn from external experts. The exchange of perspectives helps us challenge assumptions and open up to fresh thinking, and new insights inspire us to discover more possibilities for open source logistics.
3. Autumn Virtual Update
Reflect & move forward
Halfway through the year, we reconnect virtually to share what has happened, what we have learned, and where our collaborative developments are heading. The update offers an opportunity to reflect on progress and set the direction for the remainder of the year.
4. Idea Workshop
Shape & create
We meet again in person, this time to explore what comes next for our community. Through open exchange and collaborative ideation, we identify new challenges and opportunities that can become the foundation for future OLF developments. The ideas that emerge here carry us into the next chapter of our journey.
Meeting grounds
Generating ideas, deepening expertise: the Open Logistics Foundation’s member formats create dedicated spaces for open exchange, inspiration, and meaningful networking among peers.
Ideation Workshop
The Ideation Workshop is the central space for creative collaboration within the network. Members contribute ideas, explore different perspectives, and develop approaches together. Here, inspiration evolves into viable concepts, refined through collective expertise and put into action.
Open Source Innovation Days
The Open Source Innovation Days are where we bring in new inspiration and broaden our perspective beyond the network itself. Here, members can stay informed about current industry developments, gain insights from the open source world, and discover new topics.
